Java developer

  • At least 3 years of experience as a  Java developer

  • QTP experience – a must.

Retalix Technical Support Engineer

 Responsibilities include:
  • Provides post sales technical support and resolve customer cases for Retalix at the client's site.
  • Diagnose Solves technical issues at 1st, 2nd and 3rd level. Escalates to development when needed.
  • Provide technical assistance and remote troubleshooting support as part of a global 24-7 support organization.
  •  
  • Develop and Request new Support Tools to drive efficiency in resolving support cases. Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to improve the product's vision and to make Retalix customers successful.
  •  
  • Involved in Version control and Release Activities
  • Understand customers business & needs, help the customers in building Retalix solutions & pushing their requirements inside Retalix
 Job requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience as client facing technical support
  • QA background can be considered, if involved working with clients
  • Independent worker (will work as Retalix sole technical representative at the client site, reporting to a manager in France)
  • Very good English skills (Speaking and writing)
  • Ability to come for training in Israel for 2-3 months
